This is festival kolam ( Rangoli ). Since it is Karthigai deepam , we thought to make it colour rangoli. Very simple and elegant kolam, yet looks beautiful when coloured. You can draw with piece of chalk if the platform is concrete/ tiles to make it easy if you are a beginner.
